Before founding Aurevia Rising, I spent over two decades in senior federal leadership, guiding complex initiatives and mentoring leaders through responsibility, pressure, and high-stakes decisions.

From the outside, success was visible.
​
What became clear to me over time is that achievement does not resolve internal doubt, and performance does not create self-trust. The deeper patterns shaping how we perceive ourselves remain active until we are willing to examine them directly.
​
​That realization changed the direction of my life. I chose to examine the deeper structures shaping how I perceived myself and my life.

Today, I integrate Core Energy Coaching, the Energy Leadership Index® assessment, and Soul Realignment work to help you identify what is shaping your internal experience, shift perception at the root, and translate awareness into grounded, intentional action.
