The Coaching Relationship

This is not mentorship or therapy. You are the expert in your own life.

My role is to hold a steady space, ask the questions that spark new awareness, and offer tools that help you release pressure and rebuild self-worth.

We work as partners in the change you are creating. I bring the framework, presence, and tools such as the ELI, tailored coaching exercises, and when appropriate, deeper energy work such as Soul Realignment. You bring your courage, insights, and commitment.

3-Month Clarity and Reset

  • Brief email check-ins between sessions for short updates or questions

  • A clear focus, so you are not carrying everything on your own

6-Month Deep Reinvention

  • 12 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions over 6 months

  • Integration of your ELI results into our ongoing coaching
