The Energy Leadership Index assessment makes the invisible visible.

It reveals the patterns shaping how you think, respond, and lead in everyday life and under stress. When you see those patterns clearly, you gain practical clarity about where change is possible.

What It Is

The ELI is not a personality test. It is a research-based attitudinal assessment developed by iPEC, an ICF-accredited coach training organization.

Rather than labeling you, it reflects how you currently interpret and respond to life, both on an ordinary day and under stress.

Your ELI experience with me includes:

A 20-minute online assessment completed at your convenience

My review and interpretation of your results before we meet

A 90-minute private debrief where we walk through your profile in detail

Application of your results to real situations in your work and life

By the end of the session, you will understand what drives your reactions, where you default under stress, and where change is most accessible.
